been changed from
7 1/2 inch diameter x 15 inch long weighing 12
ounces without payload
to 6 inch diameter x 12 inch long weighing 3 ounces
without payload.
Construction time has changed from 20 hours to 4
hours.
Guidance remains autonomous.
